Cute Easter Bark

If you’re stuck for time leading up to easter, and want to make a cute, yummy treat, this is the easiest stuff to make and is sure to be a hit with everyone. I went with a simple ‘recipe’ for mine, but you can mix it up with whatever you like. I used white chocolate melts, sprinkled with Cadbury Mini Eggs (cut in half) and mini pink and white marshmallows. Make sure that when you’re melting the chocolate, you are constantly stirring it, or else it may start to burn. To get the right amount of chocolate, I poured out the chocolate melts, unmelted, into the tray that I was going to set the bark in. When I had a good amount with even coverage, I poured those melts into a double boiler. If you don’t want to use a double boiler, you can microwave the chocolate, however make sure to stop every 30-45 seconds to stir until everything is melted and the same consistency.

You could add more colour with sprinkles and m&m’s, or swirl white and milk/dark chocolate together for a nice marble.

As I said, these are sure to be a hit with anyone who tries them, and they take less than an hour to prepare, so if you have unexpected easter guests, this can whipped up in no time!

I hope you love them as much as we do! If you like the look of the Brownies in that picture, you can check out KaylaLoves’ post for details.
